Got a call back from Tim Richardson (I'm impressed he called)..Confirmed approximately 50mm outstanding,insiders(2) own approx. 5mm..He said between 10-15mm in the float (I think he has a different definition?) Cable deal announcement with in a month. He is in charge of getting us to the NAZ..He said they are shooting for the Big Board Naz,not the smallcap(need a $5 US price)...3-6months,but possibly in the first quarter...earnings out in 6-8 weeks...that's it..DD PS: now you know why I wanted more,will try again if a good opportunity arises..and I'm bummed I sold those shares last week hoping for cheaper bananas..<g>
