BMFM, Paying 11 3/8 is still a bargain given the potential. Let's
see BCST, a leading video broadcaster on the net, has a market cap of
$2.3 B. It's anybody's guess what WS will value this leading radio
broadcaster. In the absence of IPO info, let's just assume NAVR will
retain 70% ownership post-IPO for some back-of-the-envelop estimates.

Using a range from 1/10 to 1 times BCST's market cap, and assuming
NAVR's core business has a value of $6. Here are the scenarios:

NetRadio MC NAVR's intrinsic NAVR market
$MM value, $/share value, $/share
------------------------------------------------------------

250 13 19

500 26 32

1000 52 58

1500 78 84

2300 119 125

-------------------------------------------------------

Place your vote and your bet!

On top of that, there're 2 MM shares short (1/3 of the float) which
should add more fuel to the "rocket".

Regards,

Tom
