I'll say that LGND has not broken out yet. However, given today's lighter volume and the stock's slight rise, I'm encouraged. Any news good or bad will impact the stock's movement, otherwise I see the stock holding within .5 up or down.

To chartist: Can a proper "cup and handle" form in such a short time as what we see in the LGND chart starting on 11/5/98 to about 12/9/98 forming the "cup", and then the handle breaking out about 1/5/99. Or to be valid would such a chart have to form over a longer period of time?
