If we compare just to GTW market cap, our AAPL should hit $67 1/2.
But I think AAPL will have a good year in 1999. Its market cap may closer to CPQ or HWP (HP).
12x potential return in 1999. Wow, we may see many fund managers take a look at AAPL and put it
in to their basket.

Stock split on January 13 or on ER will bring this stock to $70 in one month.

Interesting comments, MM.

Especially the one about AAPL's market cap. Are you expecting this company to blossom big time this year and next? I have felt all along that there will be a turning point in the near future that will cause Apple to produce a ground swell or sea change of popular sentiment propelling it rather quickly into the stratosphere in market capitalization. It appears to me that the convergence of OS X, Quicktime 4.0, the internet, and the G4 with its SOI/copper technology contrasted against the opposing technology of convoluted OS and hardware architecture set against the background of the Y2K billion dollar fiasco might be enough to do it. Assuming that the company continues to perform gracefully.

I've read some of your posts and predictions and I have to say that you're either extremely lucky on your picks or you know a lot about picking winners. So I have to ask, "Stock split? What makes you assume a stock split? You know something? Spill it!"

Steve Jobs did say that there were 4 surprises. As yet, no one on this board has tried to speculate on what those surprises are. Could one of them be the announcement of a stock split? It sounds credible to me. And considering the gold rush Thursday, this company might need to split in order to feed the demand for shares without shutting out the small investor. I like it.

Other surprises? Year over year revenue growth? Market share at 10% benchmark & growing? Co-marketing agreement with <?Disney?Oracle?Sun?IBM?Earthlink?AOL?>?

Come-on guys and gals! Help me out here.

After attending a church yesterday,

I want to revise my target on AAPL. I am going to hold my position until AAPL hit $100. I don't have a time frame for this target. Just follow what HE said to me, at least what I felt yesterday.
I don't know yet the earning which will be out on Wednesday, January 13 but will be glad to see it.

As on YHOO but not same in number (that's for homeless), I also put a pledge to give $xx,xxx or xx% from my profit on AAPL to the church (for church) when meet the target. That's a deal I have with HIM.

Warning:
This is not an advise to buy or to sell AAPL. Do your DD before making any investments or consult it with professional investment consultant.
