okee, I distrust companies that only release portions of their financial statements (they have to be non-reporting to get away with this). Even more so, DBDY <VBG>. By the way, I read that NASD has now approved the plan to require non-reporting OTC-BB stocks to report full financial statements, or be delisted. otcbb.com

DBDY blames much of their loss on charges, but I would like to know whether revenue is growing or shrinking, for example. I would like to know how much (if any) cash is on hand and whether working capital is positive or negative.

Of course even if they did tell us these things, the information would be over a year old now. I wonder if we will have to wait until 2000 to get some pieces of the 1998 financial statements?
