Lurking... CIMA, received a spammer email couple of days ago from Global Penny Stocks, PO Box 372, Yardley PA 19067, dated 10 December 98, from George T. Schieben, Publisher, regards JVWB.
In the report:

Shares outstanding: 8 million.
Estimated (got to love the word estimate) 750,000 shares.

They also mention George Schlieben received a fee no more than
$ 5,000 from Tanye Capital to write this report.

Obviously someone is promoting this company via spam (notice the spread)- look out IMHO is my recommendation. Best wishes:)

Watching the trading of this stock indicates that the MM are inflating the volume between them .
You should be experienced enough from MINE how the games are played.
IMO
