Nine cents a minute is cheap cheap cheap. How do they do it?

I'm waiting for Nextlink to come to town so I can bundle local, long distance and wireless. I can't wait to shitcan GTE <VBG>. They have enjoyed a monopoly in our local market for so long, customer service isn't even in their dictionary. IMO customers will flock to Nextlink, or any other CLEC, just to rid themselves of the big bad wolf.
