I think you are getting your worries mixed together here.
If the company was selling shares to the MM's to cover naked shorts the MM's wouldnt be selling them and making more naked shorts would they?
Calm down. Probably BNEZ need capital for a big expense. Big & small companies offer shares all the time for that reason.
Of course selling on the open market into a depressed stock is pretty dumb, so maybe not. It is definitely a mystery, hope someday we find out what the cause was.
