Are you serious??? If you think anything TOPFUEL has said/suggested is grounds for an SEC investigation, or has violated SEC regulations, that's ludicrous!! I don't think E M's original post suggested that at all. He was referring to a civil suit by a company against an individual who knowingly posted false and miss leading information about the company, causing the stock to drop. It got quite a bit of publicity a ways back. I don't think anything on this thread rises to that level though. This is just good honest disagreement and sharing of ideas and facts. LT
