You conveniently forgot to include the following from the SFA press release: "Scientific-Atlanta Inc. said Thursday that earnings and revenue in its fiscal second quarter will exceed Wall Street estimates because of higher-than-expected U.S. sales of its Explorer 2000 digital set-tops and network transmission products. " Who do you think is going to benefit with higher sales of set-top boxes? Also SFA just reported that they had sold the shares and not that there were going to sell. Big difference.
