bob, I agree ... but theres a big difference between stating ones belief in a stock that one has invested in, and Murphy's upgrading ... if that's what it was, after a pretty awful report with components in it that are more than worrisome imho.

Instead of essentially saying 'hey I'm in this stock and believe it will go higher - go buy some' , Murphy's saying 'heck I'm sweating on my long position, come get me out of this hole !!'.

In saying that, I'd rather have someone upgrade now rather than after the stock has gained 5 points ... however, given that he has upgraded after something which was obviously a shock to him and where he obviously doesn't know all the details, he really lacks credibility. IMHO, he should have waited and clarified things with the company first. JMHO .....

Bob, I see Murphy is on CNBC tonight on the 4 pm section. Anyone want to bet he mentions JDAS as a takeover target at $15 or similar (GG).
