To all - I finally got the CBOE to "do" more QCOM options.

Starting tomorrow morning (if they follow through as they said they would), we should have trading in something like : Feb 70, 75, 80 and April 75, 80, 90 and July 70, 75, 80.

(Exact new listings may be slightly different. I was so excited on pulling this off that I did not write down the details).
