<<PulsePoint Communications Selects IBM Global Services to Support Its Messaging Solutions>> Hmmm, that means that PLPT doesn't have the need for 20 plus employees that make up their current tech support team (onsite and offsite). I can't believe that PLPT would contract a 3rd party for support. I think this is further evidence that they are getting ready to sell off the company. I think they are looking for ways to improve the bottom line. -Coastal
