Frank's back and He has not been E-Mailed as of Yet. I am in no hurry Myself. This just tells Me that Tom is busy trying to get this show on the road. FWIW, heres an E-Mail from Tom. It is as I expected. He's very busy and I wholeheartedly accept that and am glad that He is busy. I also respect the fact that He took the time to return to Me.
