They need more money to pull off their expanded business plan and they have no more room for debt. We can also kiss off any buyout.

Refresh my memory! Wouldn't the buyout price for ARTT be around $11 at the current WCII quote if the circumstances prevailed we thought might occur earlier?

Also, any information regarding BBTK, a broadband hardware Co.?

WOW!! Fidelity just announced a 10.4% ownership in WCII. This should offset the news of dilution.
