Wizzer, I hope your source is more reliable than my source! My source indicated that they have not spoken in quite a while and no talks are scheduled! So which leads me to conclude that January may be optimistic, unless you believe in miracles. Then again, I could have been thrown off their trail, and they have been talking recently. In which case, if they do make an announcement in January, I would gladly apologize! One thing though, the speculation is starting to get into high gear, with actual percentages being tossed around. Leaving on with the impression that they returned to the judge and the judge will render a final decision in January (as suggested). After over five years of following this play it is gratifying to see that the impasse is looking like it is approaching the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel! Cheers Winzer
