<<< Very much "Right On" Topic >>>

As His Excellency stated in the July 6 letter to shareholders "although it is not possible today to offer good quality video on the Internet, this could change as the availability of bandwidth increases."

Clear proof that the "... coalition of [1] telephone companies, [and 32] cable companies, Internet service providers (ISPs) and consumer electronic companies" are opting for high speed Internet access. Anything to break the rip-off strangle hold of Telco lucrative T1 access <G>.

I've got to give DC regulators credit here. While they may have created utility monopolies, they have also moved to dismantle them in advance of any damage for what the monopolies could do.For a fact, I do know that the various regulating agencies do rely on may expert opinions and analysis from academic and industry leaders.
