"San Francisco...summertime...love-in..."

I dont think so..

I was in SF for a week last summer and it was foggy and rather breezy and cool at least 4 out of the 5 days there. If there was any loving going on, it was indoors.

Hiya Chuckie!

Come clean on my youth? I don't think there is any need... didn't migrate to the Bay Area until after I was corrupted by the Navy, well past the hayday of the love-in.

Nope, I spent my youth in good old Orange County: Yuppie Mecca. Yup, even in those days, we were trying to perfect the regimen. We all had stingray bicycles in preparation for our offroad suv's. We ONLY cut out lawn on Saturday's and Dad only stopped to wipe the sweat off his brow, lean against the rake and have a nice chat with the guy next door talking about how much horsepower their new lawnmower had. Mom always brought us out lemonaide on the hot days.

Life was good... except for the days we would go to the park. It was a rule that we all had to do so, but there was always this guy hanging out there... and he had tattoos! It scared me... scared me bad! :-)

Actually, we did have one of those "scary" guys living across the street from us. Plenty of tattoos, plenty of leather and a big, loud bike. He belonged to the "Hessians" - a biker gang that was the O.C. rival to L.A.'s Hell's Angels. Last I heard, he was doing time for murder in a gang-related incident.

So... no love-ins for this po' boy!

BTW, I don't shave my toes for NOBODY! However, my daughter will occasionally braid and adorn them with some pretty little bows. <ggg> Maybe if I ask her real nice...

Lazarus, thinking Mr. Garfield almost got me to tell my entire life history... glad for the backspace key!

Hiya Chuckie!

So, what's new? Anything exciting going on with you anytime soon??? <vbg>

Hey, I read Mr. Long's reply to you on this post, and all I got's to say is he must have to mow that grass much more than on Saturdays now cause of all the manure he's tossin around.

Only person scaring me at the playground when we were kids was Laz...the things he would do with the stuff he sifted outta that sandbox made many a young girl scream.

Oh, and that biker was his idol. Funny, and I'm the one grew up and got the Harley. Go figure!

Hey Chuck..so what's going on with our DGIV? Did you have to buy all those shares today at such a low price? Looks like 89K would have popped it a bit! How about doing something about that tomorrow, huh?

Later, "pound puppy"!

E!...
