All shares were sold and all puts were exercised in either April or May of last year. I do not remember exactly how much money we recieved but I know it was more than the value of the original $8 million that the stock was worth.

I believe Mr. Murphy already cashed in a very long time ago. Again, an M.B.A. in Accounting and "Chief Troubleshooter" for Price-Waterhouse was very important. <gg>
