Davies, it's my understanding that those "large payments" in stocks must be restricted at least for one year. And if we had the RS in June 1998, that's when they took back ours shares. Anything will start from June 1998, only 6 months ago. 504 is legal and faster up to 1.000.000. BNEZ has no income from PMA yet. They need money. It's OK. My main concern if it was done to help cover a short/manipulation position. Only one step between legal/illegal (in my opinion). Elio
