The way they made 1.1 billion dollars by issueing these equity puts which never got excercised is great for the shareholders. I guess they want a steady rise in the stock price so that these never get issued at a price peak and subsequently get excercised. However, I think they will not be able to manupulate the stock price like they have in the past- -----this time it is going much higher even if company executives don't like it. Investors don't care about this program looking forward----they will force the stock to trade where it should. I think the investment community has been fooled to a great extent by the company about its actual value and it is difficult to keep fooling. You just have to look at the track record.
