Dwayne, the only agreement I've seen is at the following URL, but there may be revisions I'm not aware of. You've mentioned these other mineral/mining-type endeavors before, so I thought I'd try to locate more in writing about that. It is my unqualified interpretation of what I read at sec.gov that the technology, as it's used for mining, is pretty much Noranda's exclusively for now. There are many clauses and provisions regarding property already owned/controlled by ESSI, etc., also I believe I interpret that permission could be granted, etc. At any rate, what you said was of interest to me, and I thought maybe we could pin down a source for information for our dd on their involvement with these other companies. Can you ask your friend? Or maybe someone, ackbh, Savant, Paul, knows or can ask Larry or Ken in their next discussion with them. In my mind, this company's strength has always been attached to mineral/mining technology. That's why I was devastated with the loss of the Kazakstan concessions. I believe they stated numerous times, even after Noranda's agreement, that the loss of their interests there could have a very serious impact... well you've read the reports. I just wish we'd hear a little bit more from the company, and short of that I wish I could pin down the interesting information you've passed along. What's going on with that railroad of yours?
