I would be very careful shorting AVNT. Even in the worst case they are convicted and thrown in jail, this is not going to destroy the company. Their product is in very hot demand especially since the semi industry is coming out of it's worst three year slump in history. They are 1-2 with CDN. Sub-micron design is a bottle neck in the movement to smaller line widths. It is a must product. If they sold like CDN they would be $60. Don't give me that stolen code advantage. It's been changed so much since then. If this was the case, they should throw Bill Gates in jail since he stole CP/M to create DOS and DEC code to create NT, ah I mean Windows 2000. JMHO, I have no position. Mr. B
