Peacelover, I want to respond to your post in a constructive way about the settlement

<Don't count on AOL settling. They would rather spend millions fighting this case than settle because they do not want to set precedent>

This is really the opposite. AOL can settle out of court, and have the entire file closed so no one can see any of it, no depositions, no interogatories, nothing, IF they went to court and lost, then they would be setting a precendent that they don't want, then all of our filings will be on display for other companies to see and use also. What they would do is come out with a statement like

" We have settled the lawsuit with BNEZ because of the cost of the litagation, be accept no blame for the terrible misunderstanding in the quoting process of the stock for BNEZ and wish them well in the future "

that will be it

peacelover,

As far as myself is concerned, unless Mitchell keep fighting, the case is close.

Until the Co. issue a statement I think they had a 504 for one million dollars which means about 7.000.000 new shares in the float.
Once they all on the street we will be trading at about 0.12/0.14.
Also after June, many more millions of restricted shares will be in the street.
For last the 35.000.000 authorized shares won't last (with these prices) much longer and I can feel another RS coming in our way.

AGAIN, THIS IS OVER I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT ANY LONGER UNLESS SOMEBODY PROVOQUE ME.

Elio

I know some people that brought suit against a large powerful corp. The corp. did not want to set precedent. But they could not take the chance of trial either because there was many people standing in line to follow suit.

So what they did was settle and seal the settlement. The people who were paid the settlement had to sign saying they would never disclose the terms of the settlement.

This way the corp set no precedent. They claimed no wrong doing. All of the disclosure was sealed also. So anyone who wanted to follow suit had to start from scratch.
