My understanding of the text that was posted to this
thread is that there is no lowest price (no "floor")
at which the recently sold "preferred" shares could
be converted to common shares. I haven't had the
time or energy to make a more in-depth investigation
but this information, together with the lack of any
insider buying, was enough to make me cancel my
order to buy PCMS at 2+3/4 (which, in hindsight,
I now know would never have traded anyway).

I'm still watching PCOM... but I'm heavily invested
in DMIC (whose management I think is better) which
has also risen.

But lets not belabor the past... you seems bullish,
would you buy PCMS now at $6/share? If so, why?
