Offie: I also focused on the section you excerpted, which does seem to suggest an eventual IPO by AHS, but I was very pleased with the tone of the entire release overall. As has been discussed on this thread previously (when it was only hypothetical), there are difficult valuations to be done now by highly paid law firms <g> and I look forward with great interest to receiving some concrete numbers. I took a very quick look at the corporation law of Nevada, where Avalon is domiciled, and it appears that we can expect to receive a proxy statement no later than 30 days prior to a date of a shareholders' meeting called for the purpose of voting on the proposed acquisition. -Eric
