If you had one stock that you would hold for 5-10 years, what would it be?

Thader J, I agree with that, good post!

If a stock is moving and there is time, I don't mind
getting the "word" from another poster. However, the
decision needs to be mine as to jump in or pass. One
thing for sure, if you pass, you can't lose. If you jump
into a bad trade, you can lose, so get out fast. But you need
to know what you are watching. This is where Experience
pays off.
I make as many bad trades as good. Thing is, I get out quick
on a bad trade, ride the good.

Keep up the good posting!

Honestly, I do follow some, but not all of your trading advice Jeff. I hate to say this...but a lot of my trading is on instinct. I do my research, but some stocks just don't pique my interest enough to do anything with them. And I would NEVER blame anyone for a bad trade.
