With all due respect I view dilution in the same category as insider sales. It's never good -- simple fraction; our denominator just increased. Buildout need not get ahead of the revenue increases...Slow and steady, no?

Steve: Bairdson is a very starnge bird, in whose opinions and statements I hold no confidence. Why would a guy with no stake in the company sit aty a computer screen and endlessly harp about someone else's problems with the company?? Something else is going on--perhaps as you mentioned, a finkster. Regards.

does beat convertible, but it says management believes the offering price is a fair price for the stock--i.e., fully valued.
