You'll love the latest White House proposal on Social Security. The government will use the Social Security 'surplus' to provide matching funds to people below a certain income level to set up retirement accounts. It's in the Washington Post today. Basically, people who live on the coasts will be screwed since their gross income is too high. People in rural or Midwest areas will get more money, as they do now from Earned Income Tax Credit and other programs.

Michelle, Bernie Ward of KGO did a segment on the upcoming Flynt revelation of the adulterous hypocritical House Republican who is said to be highly critical of Clinton. Bernie asked people to guess as to who it might be and also on who they would like it to be. The people called in and the "winner" was... Bob Barr! Excerpt from Flynt's interview : ''This guy is really a gem,'' Flynt said. ''We've got enough to go on now, but we are waiting for an affidavit from his ex-wife.'' He said that he will probably name a third politician later next week, and that he is paying between $3.5 million and $4 million to a number of women who responded to his ad. At some point he will publish details not in Hustler, but in a one-time magazine called ''The Flynt Report.''
