Leaks ahead of the news? Seriously doubt that. Even if the news did leak, there were too many day traders jumping in and out. Look at the volume and the size of the blocks. Also look where this stock came from just a short while ago. Had a nice run, don't you think ?

I think the conversion is still the factor here. I don't mean shorting to drive the price down - since there is no rationale for doing that. Just good old fashioned selling pressure. It is consistent with how the conversion has gone so far in that it probably is represented by the area under the volume curve.

Addendum: I just noticed Kerry's post on the amount of the Reg D that has been burned in the last 4 trading days. This is excellent information and consistent with the theory that selling shares that originated in the conversion is responsible for the volume and price pressure today. We will begin to see what the price does naturally when the remaining shares are converted.
