Mitchell, they will sell for the same reasons BNEZ is selling. Because they need the money. Why I think is only one year, because longer will be too risky if something goes wrong with BNEZ. Elio

Also now we can understand why somebody was trying to keep the price at the BID all the time in the last month or so. otcbb.....said a 504 can be done to raise one million dollars and the price is AT THE BID with a discount. By keeping the bid low the MM's got more shares from BNEZ.......!!!!! So in my opinion, the MM's were the ones playing with those small trades. Some times as small as 100 shares. OK everything is coming together. By the way, that also can be a way to find out when a OTC BB company is ready for a 504? Any time we see price at the bid all the time and trades very small. IT'S POSSIBLE. By the way I know another Co. in the same situation. And I don't like it. Oh boy!!!!!!! Elio
