Unicore gets to go public and assume TSSW's net losses to carry forward against future profits. I like the sound of that and this could be a positive. But I'm still disturbed about their strategic direction apparently so fragile that it can turn on a dime. A cynic might conclude that their "progressive future" being touted mere months ago was put their strictly for public consumption. (Shades of "I'm going to say this one time.... I did not have sex with that woman....." Never mind! <G>) This deal couldn't have developed overnight. Why would they continue to tout a future that they were probably certain would not be pursued? Naivety on my part?

References to the "conditional" continued listing on the NASDAQ are also disturbing. No? Puzzled at the moment....
