Offshore, You commented that you think I own Amazon shares. I DON'T.
I was just trying to understand why this stock in particular is moving so high so fast. What struck me was the 250million in sales in last quarter. In addition, I heard that they hired ex Walmart executives and that got my attention also. I was trying to understand internet stocks with this one example. If I say I don't own a particular stock --I DO NOT OWN IT!!

Like the post by LindyBill--I would rather question if you are short this stock - since it got quite a reaction from you. At least I have been stating that I still would not buy Amazon (i don't even know the stock symbol)and would be willing to buy options (calls) on stocks like MSFT and CSCO instead.

OT - RE:Why AMAZON is History

I agree with you, but you can't ignore these kind
of gains. I have YHOO since 117, and there's nothing like watching
a stock run 200 points in about a month and a half.

You can't fight this, go with it. Sell when the walls come tumbling down. Timing a short on this has never worked, in fact I believe it will take total short capitulation, or massive insider selling to stop this game of musical chairs.
