~ BUYER BEWARE ~

This Company Looks Like A Serious Pump And Dump, where you can expect the stock to get slaughtered as the cheap stock hits the market...

Today's press release by IMAL was nothing but one of the oldest con jobs in the scam penny market. The con goes like this...

Make an announcement associating yourself with high quality blue chip companies.

Here's a perfect example

"Today ISCAM announced the consummation of a contract involving UBID, the worlds largest Online Auction Site, including the worlds largest software manufacturer, Microsoft, (NASDAQ MSFT), and the worlds largest Chip Manufacturer, (NASDAQ INTC). Details of the contract remain confidential."

So what really happened in our ISCAM example?

ISCAM bought an old 75MHZ computer for $350.00 from UBID's auction site. The PC was running MS Windows '98 on an Intel chip.

Think that's far fetched? Think again.

IMAL executives admitted today that none of the companies include in today's press release will bring the company any money. In other words all IMAL did was set up links to Toys "R" Us (NYSE:TOY.N), Skechers, Music Boulevard (Nasdaq:NTKI.O), Pet Warehouse, Seattle's Finest Gourmet Coffee, Fitness Zone, Candy Direct, Game Keeper, Officemax (NYSE:OMX.N), and, coming soon, Skymall (Nasdaq:SKYM), Onsale (Nasdaq:ONSL), Rubbermaid (NYSE:RBD.N), Omaha Steaks and Netmarket, a Subsidiary of Cendant Corp. (NYSE:CD.N).

Read the announcement again - but take your rose colored glasses off first...

biz.yahoo.com

Notice how they used the current "hottest" internet names to try to pump up their own stock?

What a crock of crap... Oldest con in the book. Look out for those 2 million shares just sold at $7 to start hitting the market... Pump up the price to Dump out the stock...

All comments IMO

Cheers Steve

Dave,

Are you paid to promote this stock? Are you associated with IMAL or the IMAL paid promoters in any way?

<<<Just to be clear, the stock that was sold was already issued stock. It was not a part of a new issue.>>>

Don't give me your con job sales pitch bud. All of the 2 million new shares are available to be sold immediately, thus the float of IMAL just increased significantly.

All comments In My Opinion (IMO)

Cheers Steve

<<<The buyer was First Data Corporation, the world's largest credit card processor who has agreed to bring between 20,000 and 40,000 merchants to the IMAL sight as a part of gaining access to purchase warrants which are exercisable at a price higher than today.>>>

Well Dave,

You got part of it right.

According to IMAL, if First Data can bring 25,000 people to use IMAL's "hokey" software in a given period of time, they will qualify to purchase an additional 5 million shares at below market prices.

Add five more million shares to IMAL - a company that has a hard time breaking 1 million in annual sales and guess what happens?

All comments IMO

Cheers Steve
