It depends. The dividend amounts to 1/2 a point. If they think the stock is going down 2 or 3 or much more why would they cover?? In fact, unless they think the stock price is only a 1/2 point away from their target (or the bottom), it doesn't make sense that they would cover.

At any rate, I think short sellers are a non-event with this stock. Most short sellers short based on poor fundamentals or because they see a stock as overbought. CREAF does not fit the bill as a good short candidate except in hindsight <g>. Hell, I wish I would have shorted last year instead of adding to my position <gg>.
