Somebody knows more about this than the individual investor is going to know. I honestly was concerned when I read the announcement if only from a steady story standpoint. However, somebody knows something or they wouldn't be buying. I have a hard time believing anyone would want to become the single largest shareholder of a company and lose his shirt in the process. That is obvious. With the cash balance sheet still there, Mr. Narath must be scheming some sort of plan with his knowledge of Unicore. IMO there must be something more up and the investor will have to wait and see. Maybe Mr. Narath just said, "HEY", I can do a better job at this operation and I am going to get this company going with my plan. Who knows, I just don't think he would take on this task unless he thought it would benefit him personally.
