Wind River Systems Announces Three-for-Two Stock Split

ALAMEDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 1999--Wind River Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:WIND), announced today that its board of directors has authorized a three-for-two split of its common stock effected in the form of a stock dividend.

The record date for the split will be Jan. 19, 1999. Certificates evidencing the new shares will be issued on the payment date of Feb. 4, 1999.
