< Think about it, XOMA got its' milestone payment for the completion of P II. Is there a big milestone payment for not going on with P III? But if PIII works and a product can be sold then XOMA gets to decide on a payment(s) or profit sharing.> That what I'm wondering... ie. who owns the product.... if GENE "takes the product back inhouse" what is XOMA entitled to??? I'm assuming they have some rights, and that they have enough cash that they won't simply take a pittance and go away. DAK
