Groundhog, all shareholders of record (Dec. 16th record date I think) should have received a shareholders package including proxy solicitation to vote on the motions made at the meeting. If you didn't get the package, and you're a shareholder of record, ask your broker to get you the package. All shareholders of record always have the option of voting in person as opposed to mailing in the proxy so there's no reason you shouldn't be able to attend as long as you are a shareholder of record.
