Joel, We are not talking about a class-action law suit here. This was a small potential acquisition that didn't work out (because ABTX didn't like the deal for whatever reasons). It is much better to have this situation stop now (even with some nuisance legal action) then trying to integrate a bad apple into the ABTX barrel. ABTX is attractive because of their successful integration of a fragmented industry with high EPS potential.......the suitors realize this and this issue with Helena is small potatoes on the sidelines.
