Brian,

<But it is too cheap to sell, right?>

I sure think so. The question is "does Sim think it's too expensive to buy". We'll see when the quiet period ends.

A solid quarter, with an optimistic outlook, combined with meaningful implementation of the buy back might....just might...get us heading somewhere towards fair value. I agree that if this thing doesn't move in the next month we are in for another long year.

<The only real upside I see is if we get a majorly positive ruling
in the patent infringement case(s).>

That's if they issue a press release (in the U.S.) after such a ruling <g>. Seriously, this is one other factor combined with the three above that could get the ball rolling. Another one is if the notion that Asia has turned the corner starts to pick up steam. I think this alone could be a major catalyst.

Oh well, if nothing else CREAF has taught me patience I thought I never had. It has also taught me the meaning of real pain <gg>.

>>Is there anything we can learn from this?<<

It's what THEY need to learn that matters:

Communication, Communication, Communication!

Brian,

You say the DVD opportunity was squandered this quarter, without question. What do you mean? Have you seen sales figures for this quarter yet?
