David--
I'll be the first to admit, there has been a lot of hyping of this stock. But is the hyping of an undervalued stock to be construed as dishonest? Or is it simply making people aware of a worthy investment?

You never answered my post when I tried to analyze what Madera is really worth. What value would you place on this stock at this time, and why, please?

I know that the Fernandez family owned a lot of the land that comprises Madera International for far longer than the company has existed. Did they clear-cut it back then and turn it into wasteland? I can't answer that...but I do believe that if all Madera's words, which I have read and taken to heart since I heard of this company, about conservation of the Amazon are baloney, then you have uncovered a story worth writing up in the New York Times

And yes, it is remotely possible Madera really owns worthless lands...how would we learn about that? Ask Madera for land coordinates, then overlay them with the International Geographic Survey of the Amazon to see where Madera is in the scheme of things there? This idea may be feasible, but is it necessary? We would, in effect, be calling into doubt Ramiro Fernandez-Moris' word on what he owns for lands--the sworn affadavit he gave to the auditors.

If the questions you ask are hurtful, some people will react as if hurt. That is what I think we saw here. What flodyie did was unacceptable, and I believe that most members would agree with me in this.

But to call into doubt the company owners' sworn statements to an auditor...I don't know if you are stepping over some line there, but I would think twice about doing it without a care.

These threads are for doing DD, and you have brought up a number of worthy issues. I look forward to discussing Madera's future with you, David.
