Yes, I am to call Monday for an appointment next week.

I was told, as best as I can remember from the first visit, the Siemens equipment was sitting there for them to pick up. At that time it was just taking up space and RG wanted it out. The new equipment was in place and functional. Siemens had said, according to RG, the equipment would do what it couldn't. That hassle did cost TSIG several months.
