Spidey, as Janice has pointed out numerous times, your lack of due diligence for just about everything is staggering. Of course as your sole source for information is Mikey I suppose it should come as no surprise to anyone.

I must say you guys had me on the floor with that "it's a cellular phone number" comment. The fact it never occurred to any of you maroons that perhaps you had dialed a wrong number is truly mind boggling.

Strange as it may seem, I was really hoping you had gotten through. I was hoping you were told that the lawyers mentioned in the Motion to Compel were NOT present at the arbitration hearing. Nor was Judge Denton. Why? Because, you twit, the only reason the lawyers were needed was to get a District Court Judge to sign an Order Granting Motion to Compel Arbitration. And that's why Sylver and Qualey showed up on Tuesday. End of story. You lose.

Spugsie, when did the California Securities and Exchange Commission previously shut down Wellrich as you have stated so many times?

For what reason?

What is the case number?

Have you verified this?

janice dear i will tell you again, there is no doubt that these morons went to court & filed this bs arbitration. that has not been argued. what is argued dear was fact aznt was never served & also never appeared.

Pitiful, Spidey, really pitiful. If AZNT hadn't been served, and hadn't shown up at the appointed time, then there wouldn't have been a hearing. If they HAD been served and didn't show up, then they'd have lost the arbitration by fault.

You're lying your head off. Don't blame me: blame your source.

i will trust what aznt has told us & that is plainly that they were never served & were not present.

I see you're hedging your bets. A little nervous, Spidey? I'm so glad you put this on the record, though. It may come back to haunt your masters.
