Nonsense, you are threatening him, albeit indirectly. Not only that you have spent two substantial posts without one comment condemning the sport of exposing the private information about those that you would see be silenced. With no thought to the consequences that may come. And you bear responsibility, along with any others that have abetted that activity, either by participation or through silence.

And then you have the nerve to talk about my bullying. You have your law student post twisted and fallacious information about the qui tam process of the case of Carl Kruse's. You even applauded it the other night and talked about how good life was. Gave him a bunch of attaboy's as I recall. Yet when his misrepresentations were exposed and he turned mean, you have remained silent. I see not a word in opposition to those libelous, inflammatory remarks he has hurled at me. You know I am right about that, but you can't admit it because it does not fit the agenda of promoting this stock. So I do hope that you are not sparing your self the sobriquet of hypocrite, a name that you would so freely apply to me.

For all of your desire to flay the hides of Rosario and myself, you not once have considered that the reason the stock is where it is has far more to do with the facts created by the actions of this management, facts not yet fully accounted for, due to the withholding of this information from the public. As you can see while the current law permits the current loophole that PRWT is exploiting, you can see the intent of the SEC is to stop these kinds of practices. Sometime in 2000, finally that loophole will be closed.
