So. What did I just do? I went and checked on my new notebook. My notebook is currently in this stage: support.dell.com So, what does that mean? It means that some component must arrive before they start building it, right? I knew that ordering the toaster and fresh orange juicer attachments would slow down the production just a little. BTW, the production date is listed as 01/07/99, so does that mean it got built this evening? I'll keep you all posted on any updates I receive.... David
