"This release says the sale was a swap of assets ?? " I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say/ask here. The news release I read described the transaction as a "sale" not a "swap". On the other hand quoting from the news release ... "The material terms of this transaction were not publicly disclosed due to competitive reasons." and also ... "The Company does not expect that the sale of Gamesmania will have a material impact on Microforum's revenue in the current fiscal year." Reading the above, one might infer that "no material impact on revenue" might mean something other than a cash deal. Only time will serve to reveal the details I guess.
