I don't care why Landish was hired in the first place. All I know is that the Order Granting Motion to Compel Arbitration says "defendants Amazon Natural Treasuries, Inc. [sic], appearing by and through its attorneys, Joshua M. Landish, Esq."

Are you saying Landish was not present on behalf of AZNT in District Court in front of Judge Denton on 11/9/98? Yes or no?

is dtc still going to sue aznt as your fellow promoter janice shell stated?

Allow me to object once again, you dullard: I did not say that the DTC was gonna sue AZNT. The Canaccord attorney said, at the 2 October injunction hearing, that they were considering that course of action.

As for the arbitration stuff you posted: huh? This speaks to a pilot program being tested in California, Hawaii, and Texas. So? What's that got to do with Nevada?
