REMINDER: We have no interest in playing Oxford Health, Cendant or K-Tel UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. These stocks are permanently banished to the Axxel Hall of Stock Market Shame. [AHSMS].

The statement "We have no interest in playing..." could be construed as fraud given an intuitive person's ability to deduct, Axxel. Are revenues from your newsletter at this point sufficient to retain a good lawyer?

The Axxel Knutson's VTAR © Newsletter [Volume Trade Analysis Research] is published [free] 3/4 times a week and is given to various web sites and to individuals who request it. There are no charges. It is free.

A free newsletter from a person who has no interest in the stocks he advocates, or those that he slams. A charitable fellow you are indeed, Axxel. Tell me, do the advertisements in your newsletter pay for the printing costs?

With all due respect, Axxel, I was born during the day. It just wasn't yesterday.
