What if an already alienated company was provided free legal assistance to file its "grievances" with assurances that the abuses, real or imagined, would be reported nationally. Of course if someone who wanted an opportunity to interrupt a rise in price and have a window of lower prices was ready to buy, a little orchestrated

Interesting thoughts - particularly since one of the bloomerberg ace reporters is a lawyer and seems to sleep with the shorts crowd. No, in this time of honesty and character - he would not do such a thing for money. Would he?

You said it better than I did. I definitely agree that it's a ploy....that might succeed, if it delays any buy-in or acquisition.
If the price of the stock continues to rise, then I'm wrong, but will be very happy.
